MEDICAL CLEARANCE, PRE-CARE & STUDIO POLICY

MEDICAL CLEARANCE
For your safety and optimal healing, certain conditions may not be suitable for permanent makeup procedures.
Clients with the following are not eligible unless cleared by a medical professional:
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active infections, diseases, or blood-transmittable conditions
Prone to keloids or excessive scarring
- Active acne or compromised skin in the treatment area
- Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or medical concerns that may affect healing (doctor’s clearance required)
- Any serious medical condition without written approval from a physician
Your safety always comes first, and we are happy to guide you if you are unsure.
PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Proper preparation allows for smoother healing and more refined results.
3 Days Prior:
Avoid intense exercise 24 hours before your appointment Avoid blood-thinning substances such as caffeine, tea, energy drinks, alcohol, aspirin, and ibuprofen for 48–72 hours prior
4 Weeks Prior:
Avoid tweezing, threading, or waxing (natural growth helps achieve the best shape) Avoid Retinol and AHA products (and continue avoiding until fully healed) Ensure any brow tint, dye, or lamination is fully faded Avoid tanning Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and aggressive skin treatments
2 Months Prior:
Avoid Botox or fillers near the brow area Avoid cosmetic procedures or surgeries in the treatment area
STUDIO POLICY
Our policies are designed to respect both your time and the integrity of our schedule.
All services are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred once with proper notice.
Remaining balance is accepted via cash, Zelle, or card (3% processing fee applies).
To maintain a calm, focused environment, guests are not permitted (translators are welcome if needed).
Please arrive at your scheduled time — not earlier. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to retain your deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided; arrivals beyond this will be considered a missed appointment.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and future bookings will be restricted
